About Natalia
Natalia
Stavinsky and her family (husband and daughter) came from Eastern
Europe fifteen years ago and settled in the San Francisco Bay
Area. They were fascinated with the opportunities this beautiful
country had to offer to the new comers. Natalia spent her first
entire year learning English, adapting to a new culture while
her husband worked 14 hour days in construction field to provide
for the family and to allow Natalia to obtain the needed skills
for success. Natalia obtained her BS in civil engineering from
her home country. She chose to pursue a legal career that she
had always been passionate about. She landed her first job as
a case clerk at one of the prominent civil litigation law firms,
Rosen, Bien and Asaro, in San Francisco. Soon thereafter she
decided to go for a paralegal certificate at St. Mary's College
in Moraga. As she was working full time and going to school part
time she was promoted to a paralegal position. She always worked
hard and dreamed big. The key to success Natalia says is "to
never let yourself get comfortable at what you do, continue challenging
yourself and good things will come to you."
Throughout her long legal career, Natalia developed a passion
for high tech industry and was one of the few fortunate people
to join eBay at its early start up stages and had the privilege
to work with the top gurus in the industry. "This is the experience you never forget" says
Natalia.
Natalia and her family fell in love with Tahoe on their very first trip. They used every opportunity to visit Tahoe and its beautiful surroundings. During one of their visits they decided to look around and possibly buy their vacation home. It did not take long and they purchased their cabin and continued investing in the real estate market in the area ever since. Recently, Natalia received her California and Nevada Real Estate Licenses and also a permit to do property management in Nevada as well as the property management certificate in California and decided to permanently move to the Sierra. Natalia's years of experience in the legal field as well as in a high tech environment taught her that team effort is the key to success. Wiliness to help people accomplish their dreams is an honor, and her passion for Tahoe is an added bonus to do the job right. Natalia learned a lot of valuable lessons throughout her carrier but the most important are about people. Treating everyone the way you want to be treated, be honest and respectful of others, be a team player and provide your clients with excellent customer service. These are the key elements of a successful real estate agent and Natalia has it all.
Letter of Achievement:
Dear Natalia:
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your successes with our Company.
Since starting with us in 2005, you have sold & closed just under $20,000,000 in properties.
Your dedication to the real estate business is second to none.
2005 thru 2007 have not been easy years for our agents or our sellers. Yet, you have managed to
achieve the following:
Masters Ruby Award from Century 21 National Awards 2005
Centurion Award from Century 21 National Awards 2006
Masters Diamond Award from Century 21 National Awards 2007
2007 # 2 Top Individual Agent throughout our Company Agents from our 3 offices
These National Awards are very difficult to achieve. The Agent must be in the top
percentile Nationwide to earn these prestigious designations.
It is amazing that with the current real estate market in 2008, you have been able to exceed
your previous success. You are currently the # 1 individual sales agent throughout our
Company agents and well on your way to your best year ever!
I know that this takes care for your clients, detailed work on your escrows and heavy marketing
on your listings. It is not a surprise that your listings sell with all of the exposure that you give
them in the marketplace. I am very proud to say that you are one of our Realtor Associates.
Sincerely,
Linda Loetscher
General Manager
